5/30/2005 Captain Dude!!! Hopedale / Delacroix Island Fishing Report!!!

Pete Miller, Alan Matheny I started down Dudenhefer’s Bayou going to fish Black Bay and Breton Sound in search of some Trophy Speckled Trout and Monster Bull Redfish!!!

We stopped at several of my Hot spots we were using live Croakers on the bottom. Wham!!! THE BIG GRILS WERE ON!!! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!
We caught
43 Speckled Trout (3lbs to 4lbs CLASS)

Tide = 1′ Rising
Weather = Sunny
Winds = 5-10
Waves = 1’
Water Temp = 74 Degrees
Water = 1’ Visibly

5/29/2005 Captain Dude!!! Hopedale / Delacroix Island Fishing Report!!!

Nolan Gagnard , David Tolar, Kyle Gagnard, Ben St. Romain I started down Dudenhefer’s Bayou going to fish Black Bay and Breton Sound in search of some Trophy Speckled Trout and Monster Bull Redfish!!!
We stopped at several of my Hot spots we were using live Croakers on the bottom. Wham!!! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!! Nolan Gagnard was Hooked up on a Monster Bull Redfish after a 20+minuet struggling to keep him out of the prop he landed the BEAST, the Monster Bull Redfish all of 30” long. The bite was slow to catch some trout!!! We were using Live shrimp under a Cajun thunder cork in 2’ of water.

We caught
1 Bull Redfish (30”long)
36 Speckled Trout
1 Channel Mullet

Tide = 1′ Rising
Weather = Partly Cloudy
Winds = Calm 5-10
Waves = 1’
Water Temp = 78 Degrees
Water = 1’ Visibly

5/24/2005 Captain Dude!!! Hopedale / Delacroix Island Fishing Report!!!

Ernest & Jennie Pilgreen and Joe Bland Zero I started down Dudenhefer’s Bayou going to fish Black Bay and Breton Sound in search of some Trophy Speckled Trout and Monster Bull Redfish!!! Two day report the weather was calm with no waves no tide just slick as a Mirror, perfect for Black Bay. We stopped at several of my Hot spots we were using live Croakers on the bottom. Wham!!! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!! All Big Fish!!! Another successful day on the Water!!!

Happy Birthday to Jennie Pilgreen!!!

We caught on the first day
62 Speckled Trout (All in the 3lbs to 4lbs Class) 1 Galff Top Sail Catfish
Tide = 1′ Rising Weather = Partly Cloudy
Winds = Calm
Waves = 1’
Water Temp = 70 Degrees Water = 1’ Visibly

We caught on the second day
63 Speckled Trout (All in the 3lbs to 4lbs Class) 
1  Galff Top Sail Catfish 1 Southern Flounder

Tide = 1′ Rising
Weather = Partly Cloudy
Winds = Calm Waves = 1’
Water Temp = 73 Degrees
Water = 1’ Visibly

5/21/2005 Captain Dude!!! Hopedale / Delacroix Island Fishing Report!!!

David Hill Fishing Team I started down Dudenhefer’s Bayou going to fish Black Bay and Breton Sound in search of some Trophy Speckled Trout and Monster Bull Redfish!!! The weather was great with 1’ waves just perfect for Black Bay. We stopped at several of my Hot spots we were using live Croakers on the bottom. Wham!!! David Hill was Hooked up on a Monster Bull Redfish after a 20+minuet struggling to keep him out of the rig he landed the BEAST, the Monster Bull Redfish all of 44” long and about 30+lbs. Then it was on to Trophy Trout, from 3lbs to 4lbs. The bite was slow today!!!

We caught
2 Bull Redfish (The BIG FISH 44” long 30+ lbs) ( Another one 30 inches long )
9 Speckled Trout ( all in the 3lbs to 4lbs Class )
1 Channel Mullet

Tide = 1′ Rising
Weather = Partly Cloudy
Winds = 20 miles per hour
Waves = 1’to 2’
Water Temp = 73 Degrees
Water = 1’ Visibly

Ryan Rabalais Fishing Team I started down Dudenhefer’s Bayou going to fish Black Bay and Breton Sound in search of some Trophy Speckled Trout and Monster Bull Redfish!!!
The weather was calm with no waves no tide just slick as a Mirror, perfect for Black Bay. We stopped at several of my Hot spots we were using live Croakers on the bottom. Wham!!! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!Ryan Rabalais was Hooked up on a Monster Bull Redfish after a 20+minuet struggling to keep him out of the prop he landed the BEAST, the Monster Bull Redfish all of 33” long and about 29+lbs. We all were landing some 20”+ trout the BIG GIRLS!!!ZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!

We caught
1 Bull Redfish (33” long about 29+ lbs)
36 Speckled Trout ( 3lbs to 4lbs Class)

Weather = Partly Cloudy
Winds = 5-10
Waves = 1’
Water Temp = 74 Degrees
Water = 6” Visibly

5/18/2005 Captain Dude!!! Hopedale / Delacroix Island Fishing Report!!!

Mark and Maria Buras I started down Dudenhefer’s Bayou going to fish Black Bay and Breton Sound in search of some Trophy Speckled Trout and Monster Bull Redfish!!!
Wham!!! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!! Mark Buras was Hooked up on a Monster Bull Redfish after a 20+minuet struggling to keep him out of the prop he landed the BEAST, the Monster Bull Redfish!!! The bite on the trout was slow but steady!!! We were using Live Croakers under a Cajun thunder cork in 2’ of water.

We caught
1 Bull Redfish
13 Speckled Trout

Tide = 1′ Rising
Weather = Partly Cloudy
Winds = 10
Waves = 1’to 2’
Water Temp = 73 Degrees
Water = 1’ Visibly

5/16/2005 Captain Dude!!! Hopedale / Delacroix Island Fishing Report!!!

Ben & Lorraine Rizzuto, Robert Praton I started down Dudenhefer’s Bayou going to fish Black Bay and Breton Sound in search of some Trophy Speckled Trout and Monster Bull Redfish!!! The weather was calm with no waves just slick as a Mirror, with a picture perfect sunrise this was perfect for Black Bay. We stopped at several of my Hot spots we were using live Croakers on the bottom. Wham!!! Everyone was hooked up on Trophy Speckled Trout ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!
ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL DAY ON THE WATER!!!

We caught
45 Speckled Trout (All BIG GIRLS in the 3lbs to 4lbs CLASS)
